How will my Wheel be delivered?

We know you're excited to get your Wheel and start riding, so here's what you should expect for delivery: We'll send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use that number to track your shipment with the carrier indicated in the email. After that, how you receive your Wheel will depend on where it's being shipped:
If your Wheel is being delivered to your address
Your signature will be required to receive your Wheel, so you need to be home.
If your Wheel is being delivered to a Hub Partner (U.S. only)
Customers in the U.S. have the option to have their Wheel shipped to their local Hub Partner. If you've done this, the shop will notify you via email when your Wheel arrives.
If you ordered a Wheel + Bike (U.S. only)
Your Wheel + Bike order will be shipped to a Hub Partner of your choice. The shop will assemble your new bike and install your Wheel, and will contact you via email about next steps. If you have other items in your order, they will be delivered to the Hub Partner as well.
